Our skilled team of florists will carefully put together your arrangement, branch by branch. Every plant we use comes from Brazil and is treated and prepared by small artisans from different regions of the country!

Our arrangements are predominantly made with plants typical of the Brazilian cerrado as well as from other regions of Brazil. The cultivation and harvest of these plants involve dozens of families of small farmers who have been sustaining themselves for generations through this family work.

What is the durability of the arrangements?
Dehydrated arrangements have an indefinite lifespan, which can exceed 10 years. Since each plant may behave differently, some minor variations in color and shape may occur over time, depending on the environmental factors of each space, without compromising the usability of the arrangement.
What care should I take with my arrangement?
Since these are natural dehydrated plants, it is not recommended to moisten or spray any type of liquid onto the composition (such as fragrances or alcohol), as this may cause aesthetic damage to the product. It is also not advisable to expose the arrangement directly to sunlight, even through windows or curtains, as excessive light and heat will dry out and fade your arrangement significantly. Always keep your arrangement indoors, away from humidity, steam, and direct sunlight to preserve its integrity and characteristics for much longer and extend its durability.
How do I clean my arrangement?
Unlike artificial plants, which tend to accumulate dust, dehydrated plants do not gather much dust due to their natural surface. When necessary, cleaning should be done using a feather duster or a cotton cloth, gently, to avoid damaging the foliage.
Will the arrangement change over time?
Some plants may show changes in color and shape over the years due to environmental factors such as humidity, sunlight, air circulation, extreme cold, or heat. These variations are more likely to occur in green foliage or plants with intense dyeing (in which case, slight fading may happen if the arrangement is exposed to sunlight). Changes in plant shape are rare but may occur, especially if the care instructions in the "What care should I take with my arrangement?" section are not followed.
Do the arrangements have a scent?
Most arrangements are odorless or have a very mild herbal scent when smelled up close. However, some plants have a stronger natural fragrance, such as Eucalyptus, Eucaflor, Lavender, and Alfazema. If you are sensitive to strong scents, check the product description to see if any of these plants are included.
What handling precautions should I take?
Arrangements are durable decorative items, but some plants are more delicate. Avoid moving the arrangement frequently or dragging it. When relocating your arrangement, always hold it by the vase, not the plants, to prevent damage. Also, avoid pressing, dropping, or hitting the arrangement. Keep it out of reach of pets and small children.
Are the arrangements toxic?
Plantô avoids using toxic or poisonous plants in its arrangements, and in general, all plants used are safe for humans. However, it is advisable to keep them out of reach of small children to prevent ingestion or choking. For pet owners, it is best to avoid contact, as some plants that are non-toxic to humans can be harmful to animals, such as Eucalyptus and Eucaflor.
How is the shipping process handled to prevent damage?
Arrangements are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. In most cases, the arrangement is separated from the vase and tied with a string. Upon receipt, you will need to place the arrangement back into the vase and remove the string. A recommendation letter is also included to assist with this process. For arrangements shipped already assembled in their vases, simply remove them from the box and enjoy!
What if a vase or product arrives damaged?
In such cases, the item will be replaced or refunded, according to the customer's preference. We strive to resolve any issues in the best possible way to ensure your satisfaction, even in cases of product damage. I already have a vase and would like to purchase only the arrangement. How can I do this?

Can I buy wholesale?
Our production is focused on end customers. We do not offer wholesale or custom-made products. All available stock can be found on our website, with immediate delivery or an estimated restock date if the item is temporarily unavailable.

What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the items and your location. You can automatically check shipping rates and delivery times in the shopping cart before completing your purchase. Keep in mind that estimated delivery times are based on the assumption that the order will be shipped on the same day. However, we require 2-3 business days to pack and dispatch the order, which may slightly delay the initial estimate. To be more accurate, add three days to the estimated delivery time.
